While our talented friends knit up a storm at the Third Annual JLRI Knit-A-Thon, those of us who are talented in other ways will be joining the group to make easy no-sew fleece blankets! The blankets are for the young people we are assisting in and out of foster care!

Members will be responsible for their own materials:

1 1/2 yard piece of Polar Fleece per blanket, available at any fabric store (JoAnne’s often has great deals on fleece, so stock up there!)

Sharp scissors

Seam-ripper (sharp scissors can work too)

Time: 8:00 am start; participants can stay as long as they’d like, until 8pm.
