Please join us at the Brown Faculty Club for the September GMM dinner.
The dinner choices are as follows:
- Grilled 10 ounce Boneless Pork Chop with Local Apples, Caramelized Onions and Apple Brandy
- Herb Brioche Crusted Chicken Breast finished with a Peach Rose Sauce Chef’s selection of Fresh Vegetable & Starch
- Stuffed Portobello Mushroom with Artichoke Hearts, Roasted Red Pepper, Rice Pilaf and Parmesan Cheese
Followed by Chef’s Pastry Shop Sampler Platter on each table, Starbucks Coffee and Brewed Decaf, Tazo Tea Selection.
