Touch-A-Truck Event at Crescent Park in Riverside
WHAT: The Junior League of RI, Inc. (JLRI), is pleased to announce its Touch-A-Truck event at the Crescent
Park Carousel in Riverside, RI. Trucks and vehicles from a vast array of professions and services will be
on display for the up-close enjoyment of children of all ages. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ride
the Crescent Park Carousel and the Roaming Railroad train, visit the bounce house, enjoy food truck lunch
offerings and get their faces painted, while parents will get the chance to learn more about JLRI and its
current focus on the issue of aging out of foster-care. A portion of the proceeds will support Home Makeover
projects for young people aging out of foster care.
